Tenants must agree to take good care of the holiday cottage, to leave it clean and tidy and replace or report any breakages.

The property is available from 3 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day.

A deposit of one third of the rental is payable on booking.  The balance of the rental is payable within 6 weeks of arrival.

The number of persons sleeping in or making use of the cottage must not exceed 6.

No pets please.  No smoking.

Tenants are responsible for the security of the property and their belongings during the stay.
